Shipping & Trial Policies
All saddle orders include free shipping
Some sellers may offer a trial period, you will see if it is offered on the saddle listing.
Simply order the saddle that you’re interested in on the saddle’s page. All saddles are paid for in full before they are shipped.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with confirmation and shipping tracking information. The seller is responsible for shipping the saddle within 48 hours. All saddles are shipped with UPS and include full shipping insurance.
If a trial period is offered with the saddle that you ordered:
The 5-day trial begins the day you receive the saddle.
If you keep your trial saddle, shipping is free. If you return a saddle from a trial, the shipping fee is $150 ($75 for the return shipping and $75 for the outgoing shipping with full insurance). Once the seller receives the saddle back and confirms that it is in the same condition in which it left, we will refund your full payment (minus shipping fee) within 24 hours.
*Please note that if you return a saddle from a trial, the card processing fee of 3% of the total order will NOT be refunded. Our card processor no longer refunds their fees when a refund is processed.*
We provide shipping for all saddles. The shipping fee is $75 (this includes full insurance) and will be deducted from your payout once your saddle sells, so no need to pay for shipping up front! If you offer a trial and your saddle is returned, you will not be responsible for any shipping fees.
How it works:
- Once your saddle is ordered for a trial or purchase, you will receive a UPS shipping label in your email. Please note: The shipping label will arrive in a separate email after you receive the order confirmation email.
- Print 2 copies of the shipping labels provided. See our complete shipping guide here Link to shipping guide and supplies
- Wrap your saddle in bubble wrap (do not use styrofoam/packing peanuts) and place your saddle in a box that is approximately 14″x14″x24″ up to 18″x18″x24″ *Make sure to use a Double-Wall box or reinforce a Single-Wall box with additional cardboard on all sides. Single-Wall boxes with no reinforcement will not be covered by our shipping insurance policy.*
- Place one shipping label inside the box and tape the other shipping label on top of the box.
- Drop the saddle off at any UPS store or any UPS access point (CVS, Staples and others – find a location near you here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_US)
- Track your shipment on your profile page
If you sell your saddle with no trial period:
We will pay you out within 24 hours of your saddle’s delivery.
You can track your saddle’s shipment on your Seller Profile page.
If you sell your saddle with a trial period:
We will pay you out within 24 hours of the end of the saddle trial.
If your saddle is being returned from the trial, we will send you a return from trial notification.

Please note: If there is an issue with a saddle that has been returned from a trial, you must notify us within 12 hours of the delivery back to you. The saddle is paid for up front by the person trialing it, so if it is returned damaged they will not receive their full refund and you will be compensated from the original list price once your saddle sells.
